Before fitting the bumper on to the chassis reel, it is very important to fit the wiring loom and feed it through the frame. I have also tapped the M14 and M12 threads as it now easy access.
I like the way how ARB has done the wiring, as it plugs straight in to the same plug as the wiring for the Tow-bar. It could not be any easier and even for people with no electrical knowledge whatsoever can handle this easily.
The bumper slides easily on the chassis reel. One person can do this however I would recommend to do it with 2 people. The next step is to bolt it on to the chassis but only hand tight as it needs to be aligned on a later stage. ARB supply some spacers in case the bumper sits not strait but in my case I did not need them.
8x M14 Bolts go on to the bottom of the side rail, 4 to the side and 1x M14 beside the exhaust silencer. For this one ARB has prepared a bolt with a metal piece welded on for an easy guide in to place as the access is a nightmare.
The last 2 M12 bolts need to be fitted on the centre of the bumper, but still to be left loose.
