The rear axle of the Land Cruiser has a small breather valve screwed in to the casing which on most vehicles not work properly as in most cases is rosted to bits. Also my LC is equipped with a factory differential locker and this one has a breather hose connected which I have never discovered where this hose ends.

The best option is to remove the damaged breather on the axle casing, connect it with the differential locker hose and extend the hose to lead it in to the drunk of the Car.

I figured out the easiest way is to drill trough one of the bolts which is already in the boot  and connect a stainless steel pipe which I can connect the hose with some jubilee clips.
