An Alpine Jaunt – Dinant (Belgium)

On the way home we stopped over in Dinant. This is a Walloon City on the River Meuse,  located near the French border. We had a good night sleep and in  the morning we left the Hotel for a short look around  the Town. The town is famous for the invention of the Saxophone from Antoine-Joseph “Adolphe” Sax, we were amazed how many “oversized” Saxophone’s that were dotted around the small Town.

Diane even managed to hold the hand of Charles de Gaulle.
